Living Kaizen

In a nutshell, Kaizen (Japanese for continuous improvement) is a practice which promotes productivity improvement, humanizes the workplace, eliminates excessive
work, and teaches people from all levels of an organization how to thoughtfully
spot and eliminate waste in their own daily routines.

“You’re nuts!”

We frequently hear this from our tour guests as they see our operation.

“Your office is where?”

Actually we don’t have offices. Instead we work where value is added – on the shop floor.

“You post dirty laundry on your walls?”

To us, “no problem” is a very big problem.

“Building one at a time is actually more efficient than building a batch of fifty?”

Yep. Did we mention it also yields higher quality and shorter lead times?
